Otto Berchem (born 1967 Milford, Connecticut) is an American artist who lives and works in Amsterdam and Bogota. His work explores communication and social codes. His work is often created in the public space or in a non-art context. Berchem obtained his BFA from Parsons School of Design in New York in 1990.
